Faced Fire Concrete Lintels
Offering the same Smooth Finish as a Fair Faced Lintel but with higher Fire Spec Properties.
This Concrete Lintel is designed to be used in fair face blockwork and paint grade situations.
Fair Faced Concrete Lintels
These prestressed lintels offer a Smooth finish with a high load-bearing range.
This Lintel Range has a High Span to Depth Ratio and is Fire Rated for thirty minutes as standard.
The Smooth Finish allows the Lintels to be on Show in areas not plastered.

Usually used in Plastered Situations, these prestressed lintels come with superior fire resistance to BS8110-2 1985

Concrete Lintel Installation Tips
Your Concrete Lintels should always be installed in the correct Load Bearing Situation.
For Hi-Spec Fire Spec and Fair Faced, ensure they are marked with "top" and ensure the Lintel is installed per the Marking.
The Economy Lintels by Naylor are not marked and are fully reversible so that they can be installed in either direction.
All Concrete Lintels should be bedded on a level full mortar bed.
Any Damp proof course, wall ties, and Weep Vents should always be installed whilst complying with current Building Regulations.
Prestressed concrete lintels can be cut on-site using a high-speed diamond cutting tool.
Anyone operating this type of equipment should be trained under the current Health and Safety Requirement and COSHH
Please note the Ultra Fire Range should not be Cut.
Concrete Lintels are typically supplied with end Bearing allowances.
