Tough, long-lasting, stackable, and resilient, at Wade, our fence foot blocks are designed to be set up and left alone to get on with the job. Made from solid, recycled plastic, they are easily handled and straightforward to install despite being heavy.
When you need to set up a working area or segregate a site from public access, our fence block and panel system will get you up and running quickly. Whether you need anti-climb security or privacy, we have what you need.
Fencing blocks have three sets of locating holes for flexibility and convenience when segregating an area. Use the holes close to the end when you need to minimise trip hazards on walkways or public-facing boundaries.
For general site use the central fence panel location holes are ideal and designed to be a firm self-supporting foundation. If your site perimeter is uneven, not level, or follows a curve, or irregular boundary, these fence feet can cope with any change in direction or level.
The density of the foot block makes for superior stability in general use, however, in windy, or exposed areas consider using additional weights or bracing to enhance security. If you are netting your temporary fencing, which is sometimes a project requirement to protect and minimise issues with dust and debris, additional bracing will likely be required.
Ballast blocks weigh in at 44kg and are designed to sit securely and directly on top of fence feet. They have twin lugs that slot into the locating holes on a fence block to make a footing good and solid, reducing toppling hazards in windy, or exposed locations.
Ballast blocks also enhance general security. When temporary fencing is double-clipped, as recommended to stop lifting panels out of fencing blocks, and properly ballasted or braced it makes opportunist access much less likely.
Fence foot blocks are solid and resilient and should last through many job sites if handled and stored properly between uses. Only use in conjunction with approved bracing and weighting products to avoid damage.
